IT Self Service
Use IT Self Service (login required) to:
- Report an issue to tell us about a problem you are having
- Make a request if there is something you need, such as equipment or access to a system
- See the status of you current Support Requests under My IT Support Requests
- Ask a question if something is not broken or you can’t find a request by making a New Enquiry
Digital Service Desk
The Digital Service Desk is available to support you with any issues, requests or questions you have related to use of our services. You can get help in the following ways:
- In-person: Visit our desk located on the Ground Floor of the Charles Wilson Building on main campus (Monday to Friday, 11.00am to 2.00pm).
- By Phone: Call us on 0116 252 2253 (Monday to Friday, 11.00am to 2.00pm).
- By Email: Send an email to ithelp@le.ac.uk if your issue is not urgent
Teaching Room Support
For urgent issues related to teaching (you are about to begin a teaching event or have an issue when delivering it), phone 0116 252 2919 (Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm).
Escalation
If you need to escalate an issue that you have already reported, phone the IT Service Desk on 0116 252 2253. You can ask to speak to one of the Senior Service Desk Analysts, or the Service Desk Manager, Ismail Patel.
